Dark Circles

Are you one of those people who keeps on hopping from product to product hoping to lessen the appearance of those dark circles around your eyes? Many people, especially women, are experiencing this kind of problem. Yes, you are not alone!

Before I discuss some remedies that you might want to try, you must know a few reasons why dark circles appear under your eyes.

Why?

The skin around our eyes is the thinnest and most delicate in our body. It is around 0.5 mm thick compared with 2 mm in other areas. What you see (dark circles) are actually blood vessels. The more transparent the skin is - inherited - the darker the area appears. Heredity.
It's also a sign of kidney problems. See the doctor right away.
Rubbing your eyes can break those small capillaries under the skin, which causes discoloration and puffiness. So if you have any allergies or your eyes are itchy don't ever think of rubbing nor scratching it. Allergies.
The lack of mineral iron causes dark circles or not having a balanced diet. Anemia.
Lack of sleep can also be the reason. It can cause paleness of the skin allowing it to be more visible and appear darker around you eyes. Fatigue.
As you get older your skin loses collagen and it gets thinner, and more translucent. Age.
Dark eye circles could be a sign of excessive loss of water from the body. Dehydration.
Remove all the toxins from your body so your liver could work better. Toxin.

Well, so much for the reasons. Let's move on to the remedies of dark circles that appear under your eyes.

Remedies

Sleep. Get lots of zzz's. You need to rest rest rest. A person must sleeep at least 9 hours each night. It doesn't just lessen the appearance of it, also it makes you more energetic the following day.
Teabags or raw potatoes. Try putting them around your eyes. Just sit and relax.
Eat healthy. Learn to balance your diet.
Asian Pear. Did you know that Fuji pears contain tons of antioxidants, copper and vitamin C in them? Try munching even a single pear a day.
Petroleum Jelly. Apply it before going to bed. It can do wonders.
Hydrate. Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day.
Vitamin E. Slice the Vitamin E soft gel then apply the gel to your eyes.
Iron. Eat foods that contain lots of iron.

Ok. So the long wait has finally ended. Finaleeeh! I've seen it last night. It's so absof*ckinlutely awesome. I really can't can't over it.

Blair and Chuck are so cute! I love seeing them together. They make me laugh and melt my heart at the same time. The first part where Blair was yelling at the model made me chuckle. It's a major LOLZ! Really!
I can only describe Serena in one word. Sorry to say but the word is ~~Fucker~~! She keeps on running away from Carter but in the end she still had sex with him.Oh well, I like her boobies though.

Jenny. This 16-year-old chick is getting hotter and hotter.

Pride can start miscommunications in a relationship that could go worst if you let it control you. You may lose the love of your life and will have a feeling of guilt because deep in you you know that love is still present but you do nothing because of pride. Yes sometimes it can be very difficult to handle. But too much of it is not good. We need not to be one-sided, listening is a very powerful tool to overcome pride and prevent miscommunications in a relationship. But how do we control Pride? That I don't know. I need guidance, I need advice, I need my Savior and I need my boyfriend.
